“This is a great addition to the Kitchen! I had not realised how much sugar is added in prepared foods and even in basic commodities we buy everyday. Leonie Wright has developed a fantastic range of recipes for different times of the day, using fresh and natural ingredients, with no added sugar.

The recipes are easy to follow and quick to prepare. Those that I have cooked so far are also very tasty – particularly the Chinese and Indian dishes! The book is also a handy size and ideal to use on a kitchen work surface, with its spiral binding.
